Electricity ... this is also me...
I am God, I am the Lord,
and I don´t want to be ignored ...

The more they find out, the more they dare,
like Franklin, Volta, Sir Davy and Ampère,
but their new powers are leading them astray,
all things are from god,
and not from Edison or Faraday.

Well, I don´t care, as long as they behave,
there are a lot of humans who are good and brave,
but most of all I want the people to believe,
in God .... in me ...
then I can help them to achieve ....

Let there be light (let there be light)
by day and night (by day and night)
electric power in the homes and streets,
a force that lightens up and heats.

The industry will not bring everybody joy,
Some people are quite greedy and they will destroy
the beauty of all living and amazing things,
and noone will be left, who sings and swings.

I hope, you realize,
you kill your paradise,
and don´t complain, when you get the bill:
it´s not my fault, it´s your free will.

The human race must draw the line,
by whatever laws you may define.
only one rule is important for me:
please take responsibility.

the streets are full of trucks and cars,
you´re killing nature to reach the stars.

The exploitation of the earth will not bring joy,
you´re on the road to hell, if you destroy
the beauty of all living and amazing things,
the only planet where the nature swings.

cause if your naughty, I will leave .......
